Glossary: Terms Explained in Your Account

Concise definitions of Commerce Agents terms, from agents and catalogs to staged edits, limits, pixels, and BYOK. A quick reference for anyone who doesn't want to guess from context.

September 6, 2026

A one-page glossary. Terms are listed alphabetically, with short definitions (one or two sentences) and a link to a detailed explanation if available.

Agent#

A program that converses with customers: it understands questions, finds answers in your catalog and terms, displays products, collects orders, and accepts payments. Unlike a button-based bot, it acts based on the situation, not a predefined script tree.

Owner Agent#

The second agent in your account, working with you rather than customers: it calculates statistics, identifies gaps in your catalog, and suggests edits. Learn more — Owner Agent.

Catalog Audit#

A check of product cards for missing prices, descriptions, photos, and categories, as well as duplicates and odd names. It's launched by a button in the “Catalog” section.

Widget#

A chat window in the corner of your website, installed with a single line of code. Learn more — Widget and Link.

Storefront#

Your store within the service: catalog, terms, agent design, and page address. Each account has one storefront.

Attachment#

A photo, video, or voice message sent by a customer in the chat. Gemini processes it: the agent sees what's shown and hears what's said.

Webhook#

A message sent by a payment system to our server when a customer pays for an order. The signature is verified, so payment notifications cannot be faked.

Deep Analysis#

A social media analysis mode that downloads and listens to videos. It's more expensive in terms of limits but extracts prices and details mentioned verbally. Its opposite is quick analysis, which only reads captions.

Lead#

A record of a customer who left contact information, started checkout, or made a purchase. It resides in the “Leads” section and has a type and status.

Catalog Source#

The location from which the agent retrieves products: a website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Telegram channel. Learn more — Connecting Sources.

Catalog#

A list of product and service cards with names, prices, descriptions, and photos. It's compiled automatically from sources and can be edited manually or via a file.

API Key#

A string that allows the service to access a model on your behalf. The Anthropic (Claude) key handles conversations, while the Google Gemini key processes videos and attachments. All keys are stored encrypted.

Limit#

A monthly volume limit: how many posts and video minutes can be analyzed, and how many responses the agent will provide. It depends on your plan, and the remaining balance is visible on the account's main page.

Preview Cover#

The image displayed when a link to the agent is sent in a messenger. It's automatically generated from your logo, color, and product photos, or you can upload your own.

Pixel#

An advertising system tracker: Meta, TikTok, or Google. It's installed in “Settings” and sends events from your agent's page: views, add-to-cart, lead. It's needed for retargeting.

Promo Code#

A code that reduces the subscription cost or grants free access. It's entered in the plan offer window or on the “Plan” page.

Signal#

A marker in the dialogue indicating that a customer performed an important action: wrote about a purchase, left a phone number, asked for a price, or reached checkout. Customer status is built from these signals.

Slug#

A short address for your storefront in the agent's link, for example, shop-a1b2c3 in comag.vibevox.pro/c/shop-a1b2c3. It's generated from your store's name.

Store Terms#

Text covering delivery, payment, returns, warranty, and booking — this is the sole source from which the agent answers questions about your terms. What isn't written, it won't promise.

Baseline: Staged Edits#

Catalog changes that the owner agent has prepared but not yet applied. They await your “Apply” button. This mechanism protects against widespread pricing errors.

BYOK#

From 'bring your own key'. With us, this is the “Your AI” plan: the agent operates using your Claude and Gemini keys, the subscription costs less, and you pay for tokens directly.

GDPR#

The European regulation on personal data protection. In the service, compliance includes a consent banner, pixels disabled until consent is given, and a link to your privacy policy.

PWA#

A technology that allows the agent's page to be installed on a customer's phone as an app: an icon with your logo, full-screen mode, and push notifications.

Push Notification#

A message that arrives on a customer's phone even when the chat is closed. It's sent manually from the dialogue: immediately or on a schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions#

What's the difference between a catalog and a storefront#

A storefront is your entire store within the service, including settings and design. A catalog is just the list of products and services within it.

What's more important: the catalog or the terms#

The terms. The agent will compile the catalog itself from your posts, but no one else will write your terms: it takes delivery, payment, and returns information exclusively from your text.

Do I need a Gemini key if I don't record videos#

It will be useful for attachments: customers send photos and voice messages, and Gemini processes them. On the “All-Inclusive” plan, you don't need a key; ours are used.
