Owner's Agent and Catalog Management

This second agent works for you, crunching numbers, identifying catalog gaps, and suggesting price and description edits. Learn how to use it and how to manually manage your catalog.

September 6, 2026

There are two agents in the dashboard. The first talks to customers, the second — to you. The second lives in the “Owner Agent” section and can do what a shop owner usually doesn't have time for in the evening: recalculate figures, find product cards without descriptions, raise prices for a group of products, explain what has changed over the week.

How to ask#

Write in plain language, as you would to a manager. Four buttons below the input field show typical queries:

The last question is the most useful, yet rarely used. The agent reads conversations and shows what customers looked for but you don't sell. This is a ready-made list of items to add to your catalog or terms.

At the top, there's a period selector: 7, 30, or 90 days. It affects the figures in the responses.

You apply the changes#

The Owner Agent does not change the catalog silently. It prepares changes and places them in the “Changes” block next to the chat, stating exactly what will change. Then there are two buttons: “Apply” and “Reject”.

This is how queries like these work:

Raise earring prices by 10% and round to the nearest whole number
Complete the missing descriptions using the photos and title.
Set the category "Kitchen" for all products with the word "board" in their name.
Remove emojis and the word “new” from names

This is an architectural decision, not merely a precaution: a mass price correction made by mistake costs more than an extra click. Until a change is confirmed, customers see the old data.

Catalog quality audit#

The “Catalog Quality Audit” button in the “Catalog” section opens the Owner Agent and immediately asks it the relevant question. It checks items for:

The response comes as a list of specific items. You can then ask the agent to correct what it found — and confirm its edits.

It's worth running an audit after every major social media analysis: post analysis isn't perfect, and ten minutes of cleanup significantly improves customer responses.

Catalog management#

The “Catalog” section is a standard table with search by name and SKU. What you can do:

Products collected by the agent remember their origin: the product card retains a link to the original post or page. Re-analysis updates these cards but leaves manually added ones untouched.

Summary and figures#

The “Summary and Figures” block shows what you typically have to calculate yourself: conversations, leads, sales, top products by interest, unanswered questions. The same figures arrive every morning via Telegram and email if the daily summary is enabled.

It's useful to look at them not for the figures themselves, but for one line — “asked for, but not in catalog”. This directly translates into revenue.

What the Owner Agent does not do#

Frequent questions#

How does the Owner Agent differ from the Customer Agent?#

By tasks and model. The customer agent is optimized for response speed, while the owner agent is optimized for analytical depth: it reads statistics, conversations, and the entire catalog. Models for both are selected in settings; reasonable defaults are set.

Does it consume limits?#

Yes, its responses are counted the same way as customer responses. A couple of conversations per week have little impact on the overall count, but a mass catalog audit should be run mindfully.

Can I ask it to write descriptions for all products at once?#

Yes, and this is one of the most useful tasks. It will prepare the edits as a batch; you can review the list and apply them in full or in part.

Why does it say there's not enough data?#

Usually because there are no conversations yet or the catalog is empty. The first meaningful responses appear after a dozen or two conversations accumulate.

Can it delete my products?#

Only by direct request and only through change confirmation. Mass deletion is available in the “Danger Zone” of settings and is performed by you, not the agent.
