Payment Systems and Countries: How to Accept Payments Without Platform Fees
Four ways to accept payments in chat — Stripe, Monobank, Kaspi Pay, Payme. Learn which countries each system supports, accepted currencies, what the buyer sees, and why we don't take a percentage of your sales.
Order payments go directly to your account. The acquiring keys are yours, the bank agreement is yours. We do not participate in settlements or take a percentage of your turnover. You only pay for the service itself according to your plan. Your bank or payment system charges the transfer fee, and you can see its amount in your agreement with them.
Below is what to connect depending on your country.

Payment methods are enabled individually, and you can have several active at once. If only one is enabled, it is simply listed on the order card; if several, the buyer chooses.
Why the Storefront Currency Changes Automatically#
Monobank, Kaspi Pay, and Payme each operate in their own currency. If you enable such a method, the storefront automatically switches to that currency, and you receive a notification about it: Hryvnia for Monobank, Tenge for Kaspi, Sum for Payme. Otherwise, the bank would reject the invoice at checkout, and the buyer would see "failed to create payment" and leave.
Catalog prices remain the same numbers; we do not perform currency conversions. If your catalog is set up in a different currency, you need to convert the prices yourself: the agent uses the numbers listed on the product cards.
Stripe operates in your account's currency and does not switch the storefront currency.
Stripe — Worldwide#
Suitable for any store with a Stripe account. The secret key is found in Stripe Dashboard → Developers → API keys, starting with sk_live_. The webhook for payment notifications is created automatically; you do not need to go into Stripe settings and configure anything.
The set of methods on the payment page depends on your country and account settings: cards are everywhere, Apple Pay and Google Pay are almost everywhere, local methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, Przelewy24, SEPA) are available where you have enabled them. Deferred methods are confirmed over hours; the agent waits for confirmation independently and sends the order once the funds have actually cleared.
Monobank — Ukraine#
The acquiring token is taken from your personal account: web.monobank.ua → «Acquiring» → «API Token». Payment is processed in Hryvnia, so the storefront switches to UAH.
The buyer goes to the bank's page and returns to the chat with confirmation. Monobank notifies us of the payment itself, and if the message is not received, the agent re-checks the invoice status.
Kaspi Pay — Kazakhstan#
Kaspi provides its API only by agreement and does not publicly describe it, so stores operate through a gateway — ApiPay.kz, AiPay, or their own. In the settings, there are three fields: gateway key, its API address (leave blank to use api.apipay.kz), and the webhook signature secret, if the gateway provides one.
Payment here is arranged differently from others: there is no payment link. An invoice is issued to the buyer's phone number, who then confirms it in the Kaspi app, and the card in the chat waits for confirmation. Therefore, a phone number is mandatory for the order; without it, there is nowhere to send the invoice, and the agent will state this directly.
Currency is Tenge; the storefront switches to KZT.
Payme — Uzbekistan#
You need two values from your Payme merchant cabinet: the checkout ID (24 characters) and its key. In the Payme cabinet, our address is specified for the checkout; the exact one will be shown by the «Check» button next to the key.
The buyer goes to the checkout.paycom.uz checkout and pays with an Uzcard or Humo card. The specific methods available depend on your agreement with Payme. Payme sends the confirmation itself: the bank manages its transaction and informs us when the funds have cleared and when a payment is canceled.
Currency is Sum; the storefront switches to UZS.
Cash on Delivery#
A separate method without any bank involvement: the buyer places an order in chat — name, phone, address — receives an order number, and pays the courier or at a pickup point. It is disabled by default; enable it if you actually operate this way.
If You Don't Connect Payments#
Nothing breaks. The agent still guides the buyer to completion: collects the order details, contact information, and address, then sends the order to you in a single message on Telegram and via email, including the order number. If you have your own working shopping cart on your website, enter its address in the settings; the agent will then direct the person there and hand over the process.
Where to Enable Settings#
Keys are located in «Settings» → «Payments and Orders». Each has a «Check» button, which queries the system itself and indicates whether the key is accepted or not. Enabling and customizing the line the buyer sees on the order card is on the «Widget» tab, next to the card itself.
Keys are stored encrypted and no longer displayed in the interface; you only see that they are connected.
